Cheez now claims he helped find missing spring breaker.

It is the same story each and every year during spring break that someone goes missing or unfortunately, somebody is found dead.  A 20 year old spring breaker from Killeen,TX  named Jordan Britten went missing during a concert in South Padre Island and several groups on facebook/twitter and other social media shared the story to try to raise awareness and hopefully help in the search.  The US Coast Guard also came in and helped during the search with a vessel and helicopters from the Texas Dept. of Public Safety to scout the area. The story even went as far as American Consulates in Mexico Matamoros, Monterrey, Tampico, Guadalaraja to be shared with local authorities there.  Today and tragically, it turned out that Jordan’s body was found behind Schlitterbahn. The information was first posted from an insider possibly named “Monica Gon” on the Cheezmeh page who may be insider who has contact with local authorities there and 10 minutes later, it was confirmed officially through several news outlets of the trafic incident. But we want to know exactly how Cheez helped in the search? He went missing on the weekend, and last week the cheez was going around and saying “feeling under the weather” so why does he claim credit yet again? The true heroes of this story are all the people who went out of their way to stay up each and every day and search the beach, the South Padre Island Police Dept, the US Coast Guard, The Texas Dept. of Public Safety, Volunteers, and most importantly the parents of this young man who lost his life. Our hearts go out to all loved ones.  Shame on Mr. Castro trying to make himself look good when all he did was paste information given to him.

  1. It’s not an issue of whether he helped or not. It was disrespectful that he posted that before the family had confirmed it. How sad that Monica Gon was told valuable information and instead of maybe notifying the family through a private message, she decided to tell that excuse of a man so he could post it on a page dedicated to “chisme”. This was not gossip. People have no respect.
