Cheez obstructing traffic

Why is Cheez acting like a clown? Never in the history of mayoral campaigns has there been any individual defiling himself on the internet and in person.  Now he is trying to stop traffic publicly screaming on the top of his lungs “VOTE FOR ERASMO CASTRO !!!!!” One car had to somewhat swerve to avoid crashing into him and honked their horn. This man is breaking the law as we speak by trying to obstruct traffic. What the hell is he wearing on his head? Acting like a clown when he should be acting like a mayoral candidate.
