What happens next?

Many people ask us, now that Cheezmeh has been defeated as running for mayor, what will we do now? We will continue to be the watchdog of the self proclaimed citizen’s watchdog. Running this blog/website has been a rewarding experience and it wouldn’t of been possible without the help of hundreds of people literally.  We want to thank everyone who has collaborated in this project and that it has been a group effort, not just the work of one person.  This page started last year formerly  as “No more Brownsville Cheezmeh” for the sole reason of the people that had a different opinion to that of cheezmeh and they were able to come in and express their opinion since they were blocked.  When we found out that he was running for mayor we created a second page called “Do not Elect Erasmo Castro as Brownsville Mayor” which went viral in two weeks and gained up to 1300+ followers, but castro and his minions reported it and it was taken down. He thought this was over as no other blog/page out there put much hurt and we couldn’t let him get away with it so we turned back to our original page and renamed it “nomorecheezmeh” and started over from scratch and created this website as well which would allow us to post things without worrying getting reported on Facebook.  At the current time, Cheezmeh is trying to sue the company which protects our contact information from being public and has his lawyer friend Angela Nix throwing discovery lawsuits at us. We of course will defend against it at court because the 1st amendment is in our side, the Freedom of Free Speech, we have the right to anonymity.   He thought he could just scare and harass us,  throw frivolous lawsuits to intimidate and have us stop exposing the truth, but we have taken a stand.  For the time being while we contest this (and we know we will win), we will report on other important matters such as the mayoral race between current mayor Tony Martinez and former mayor Pat Ahumada who are in a runoff to see who will be the mayor for the next 4 years. Once the lawsuit has been thrown in trash, there is still so much more to mr. castro than meets the eye.  Some of the stuff we know is sickening, all the nastiest things he has done, and when we mean nasty, we are talking about down right just plain disgusting and sickening but in time all of this will come out. Keep sharing any stories so that we can continue our investigation.
