Cheez thinks this is round #1 but we won the fight long time ago.

Many may not know what a discovery lawsuit is , so we will explain since  the cheezter  is boasting on his page about winning this lawsuit.  Our domain which is nomorecheezmeh.com  is registered privately so that we can be anonymous.  All websites have a registar that you can look up publicly to see who it belongs to, we knew long time ago that when we started our website, cheez was going to be nosy.  Our domain is protected by a company called “Domains by Proxy LLC” which we paid like $10 dollars to conceal our identity.  In order for Cheezeman to find out who we are, he needed to sue that company, since the company cannot be held accountable when they are sued, and thus we had to take legal action and get represented by a lawyer.  The freedom of speech is part of the 1st amendment and being anonymous is part of that as well.

Obviously Cheezter needed some help, so he hired his attorney friend Angela Nix (attorney who was arrested for DWI back in 2010) to help him.  We had a court hearing back on June 2nd to decide whether or not cheez gets a court order for the company “Domains by Proxy LLC” to give our information out. We drafted a motion of quash (reasons for the court not to grand such information) but after a few days of being reviewed by the judge, the judge decided not to hear our case out.  What does this mean specifically for us?  Well not a whole lot, other than he gets to find out who we are.  He claims that we have inflicted emotional distress and is now having nightmares.  It’s funny that he claims all these things about being harassed when the irony is that he’s the one calling people and businesses names. He has even gone to the extent of calling people’s employers to try to get them fired because they supported other candidates.  Earlier this morning he posted (he removed it later, thinks we won’t see it) that we went after him because “he blocked us from his personal page.” This guy is such a moron, seriously, we went after him because of all the people talked shit to, made fun of and threw under the bus. He thought he could get away with it.  In the beginning he thought “ah this is just another hater page” but he soon found out that we weren’t just another hater page but if not a page of exposing the truth.  He was feeling the heat and couldn’t sleep at night. All day he would be seen lurking in our page stalking people individually and messaging them why are they on our page and why do they believe the stuff we post.  When he finds out who this page is run by, he’ll be in for a rude awakening.   This is what he posted, earlier in the morning.
