Every first Tuesday of the month there is a BISD meeting.   It’s been a long time coming but the time is now that Brownsville citizens need to speak up and get their voice heard.  From using a special needs student as a meme to the now serious charge of driving while intoxicated,  people need to go out there and demand his resignation.   BISD meetings only generally happen once a month, so the next meeting after this won’t be until October 2nd.  

For anyone wanting to speak publicly, you’ll need to sign your name by 5:30pm.   It’s time we ask for Castro’s resignation.  If teachers are not hired because of DWIs, then board members shouldn’t be serving on the school district.  The address to the BISD administration office is 1900 E Price Rd, Brownsville, TX 78521.
