Sears closing shop in Brownsville

It was announced earlier this year that Sears would be closing over 120 stores nation wide and today after talking to a store associate, it was confirmed that the Sears at Sunrise mall would be closing by end of this year. What was once a staple for the latest home appliances and latest craftsman tools, will be no longer.   Shoppers will be able to take advantage of an upcoming going out of sale and grab whatever is remaining.  The store associate mentioned the store will be entirely vacated by January of 2020.  Brick and mortar stores have been on the decline for quiet some time since the advent of online shopping and the current trend indicates that retail shopping will no longer be feasible by 2030.
