Facebook updates their policy

If you’re like me, you might be wondering, what is this damn Facebook policy update and what the fuck does it mean.

“Effective October 1, 2020, section 3.2 of our Terms of Service will be updated to include: “We also can remove or restrict access to your content, services or information if we determine that doing so is reasonably necessary to avoid or mitigate adverse legal or regulatory impacts to Facebook.”

To quickly summarize the whole thing, it means that Facebook is censoring a lot of shit, it has been for some time now. Many pages I follow that are considered conservative are being censored big time. One of the pages “The Hodgetwins” which are these two blackguys that are twins that are Republican and conservative are on the verge of losing their page simply for speaking their opinion. I shared their video where they talk about this.

Now I’m not Republican or Democrat, I consider myself bi-partisan, I like to listen to both sides and I do agree with the Hodgetwins that Facebook is taking things too far by censoring things it doesn’t like to fit their own agenda or narrative. How convenient that Facebook decides to “update their policy” on the most important month of a presidential election, in October when most people are trying to decide who to vote for, it doesn’t get any clearer than that.

As for #nomorecheezmeh, I’ll be using the website more to be more independent from Facebook, I feel that facebook is going down hill each day and with the updated policy it is pushing out, it just proves that they are trying to manipulate people’s free speech.
