The horselover wants to fight.

Last night on Facebook I posted a screenshot where Breezy pretty much admits she did have sex with the horse named Brown Pride.  She sent me a few messages on my phone last night and she wants to fight. So I told her if she’s really just running her mouth or if she really wants to settle things. I told her that I would draft a proposal that basically consents both of us to fighting with no weapons, and no other parties getting involved since she has a habit of trying to get other people do her dirty work. 

Mutual combat is illegal in 48 states, except the state of Washington and in Texas. Mutual combat by definition is a fight into which both parties enter willingly, or in which two persons, upon a sudden quarrel, and in hot blood, mutually fight upon equal terms. The Texas Penal code is not 100% clear but it does state the following below.

Consent As Defense to Assaultive Conduct
(a)The victim’s effective consent or the actor’s reasonable belief that the victim consented to the actor’s conduct is a defense to prosecution under Section 22.01 (Assault) (Assault), 22.02 (Aggravated Assault) (Aggravated Assault), or 22.05 (Deadly Conduct) if:
(1)the conduct did not threaten or inflict serious bodily injury

So as long as both parties agree to not inflict serious bodily injury, a good ol’ fashioned street fight should not be a problem. So to make this short, since Breezy has been wanting to fight for a while, I have drafted a contract.

Breezy has 24 hours from the time this post has been made to print and sign and have it notarized an turn it back to me.
