An Analysis of the split between OM and Nomorecheezmeh

This is an analysis of the facts that have played out in the aftermath of the publicly disclosed private phone call between OM and KM. This is not a defense of FM, as FM can and has defended himself. The analysis focuses heavily on OM and her actions and rationalizations, as she was the primary aggressor in what went down.

I submit the following for people to chew on:

· OM is angry and frustrated because she doesn’t understand how to run a blog and make it grow without experiencing major setbacks. If anyone thinks she’s not trying to make money off her online persona that fell in her lap, they are not paying attention.

· This online persona fell in her lap because she was interviewed by FM regarding her perspective being VT’s neighbor.

· OM has natural charisma, but the moniker “La Dona” or “La Dona de Willacy” are FM’s intellectual property that he let her have. OM is making money and developing a following (albeit struggling) based on the name and persona that was borne from the original interviews and shows between OM and Nomorecheezmeh.

· OM doesn’t understand how to create a following successfully and doesn’t realize that most influencers and online personas have both allies (online channels and individuals that they work with to promote themselves) and adversaries (online channels and individuals that they create controversy with to create buzz and interest). OM bit the hand that fed her because she thinks FM was getting one over on her and growing his following at her expense. This seems to be the prime motivation for her break with Nomorecheezmeh and FM. What she has not seen or appreciated was the opportunity to grow her own channel and piggy back off the opportunities created by FM, Nomorecheezmeh, and the Fangz Reunion.

· The initial/temporary parting of ways was done discreetly and amicably. Why did OM feel like it was so important to cut ties in the brutal fashion that she did when she split from Nomorecheezmeh this second time around? She tells us in her videos. She counted four times that she thought she was wronged by FM. All four of those events have since been addressed by FM. Furthermore, OM has not provided any proof to support for her allegations. Only that she “knows” and that she has “proof”. Basing allegations on assumptions that are not corroborated by evidence is not proof. None of the allegations are supported by facts. When the support didn’t come (e.g. falsified CashApp activity excluding payments that were allegedly not accounted for), she didn’t recant her allegations. She just doubled down by emphasizing other distractions after the fact that had nothing to do with her original decision to split with Nomorecheezmeh. She said that before she set-up KM she was already going to split with Nomorecheezmeh. That’s fine, but it turns out the reasons she had BEFORE the phone call, were unsupported assumptions with no basis in fact.

· The Fangz Reunion was an opportunity for OM to reach out to her fans for free and promote herself. Instead, she saw it as FM making money and using her to bring in more people. Sure, OM was an attractive VIP for the reunion, but that event was a promotional event. Not a profit-making event. Such an event would not make a profit at the low price point the attendees had to pay. Many amenities were donated. That doesn’t mean that money went unspent. It just means that attendees had more amenities to enjoy.

· FM and Fangz supporters did all the legwork to put together and promote the Fangz Reunion. That was no small feat. For OM to think she’s entitled to compensation for showing up and making an appearance is quite a narcissistic view of her own importance. She should have pitched in funds or made some effort to promote and put on the event, beyond her personal cost of admission, to further the event’s success, as she stood to benefit from the opportunity to show up and promote herself, her persona, and her page.

· Often, bigger pages don’t associate with or give concessions to smaller pages. Smaller pages are grateful to larger pages any time they are mentioned or given an opportunity to promote themselves.

· Free publicity is more valuable than the price of the Fangz Reunion admission. You don’t see famous celebrities going on big podcasts and demanding payment for showing up. The self-promotion and audience ARE the compensation.

· OM’s plot to record KM’s phone call has backfired and she did not realize she would have so much hate sent her way. The reason for this is because her motivation for breaking with Nomorecheezmeh was already decided before the phone call was recorded. She used the private phone call recording to justify her break with Nomorecheezmeh and she made phony arguments after the fact, which have no relation to her real motivations. She was trying to manipulate the public into hating FM through KM’s opinion. This circumstance didn’t even exist until she had the recording. But what motivated her to record KM in the first place? Why was she going to break with FM and what made her even record KM? Secretly recording the phone call and disclosing it to the public was a betrayal of trust unlike any. Even if OM claims KM is not her friend, a decent person doesn’t take advantage of a situation like that with someone who thinks they can be confided in. That kind of betrayal is not perpetrated by someone who “does not lie”. That kind of betrayal is perpetrated by someone that is motivated by greed, narcissism and ambition.

· None of the events that OM cited have borne out to be true. The four events that she talks about and has conveniently forgotten: 1. When FM got to 10k followers because she brought interest to his page, 2. The first time FM helped her out by raising money when she was in jail and needed help (OM claimed FM didn’t forward her all the money he raised), 3. The second time FM helped her out by raising money when she was in jail and needed help, (again OM claimed FM didn’t forward her all the money he raised), and 4. her attendance at the Fangz Reunion, which she claims she should have been compensated for. Those four allegations were shown to not be true. The accusations were not be support by facts or actual proof. The four events she recounted were ASSUMPTIONS, and when the facts were put out there, and she was challenged to allow FM to show her his CashApp history in person, she conveniently did not even address it. So basically, OM has nothing to blame FM for, other than personal things that may or may not go on within his marriage, which are none of her or anyone else’s business, which if even this is true, these arguments were made after the fact to justify her actions in setting up KM on the recorded phone call.

· OM has not given the real reason why she has decided to sabotage the relationship with FM and Nomorecheezmeh. She has only cited things after the fact that don’t add up to why she had personal animosity with FM leading up to the Fangz Reunion. Actually, she has given the real reason. If you read between the lines, it’s because his page is bigger, he makes a little money off his page, and she can’t stand it. So, she acts like him trying to build a blog with a following that generates income is some kind of a scam, or something. She’s gaslighting all her followers, and she would be doing the same thing, except she doesn’t have the work ethic, knowhow or ability to keep her pages up or make them profitable. FM does the work to grow his following. OM makes videos that violate community standards and have no realistic way of staying up on Facebook or not being demonetized by YouTube. And because of this, se le esta ardiendo.

· Honest people who don’t lie don’t record private conversations and put them out in public and then deny having anything to do with the recording. Honest people would be appalled that someone they are affiliated with recorded and made public such a conversation, because it would reflect poorly on them and would create the impression that they are not a person of good character. The fact is, and OM has stated it, she is complicit in setting up the call to be recorded. And FM has shown through his phone records that it was OM who called KM on that day in question. It was a deliberate effort and she knew what she was doing. Whomever actually recorded that call, is beside the point, because OM knew it was being recorded and OM made it happen. That makes her a dishonest person and a liar. OM has tried repeatedly to play this down, hoping that it will go away and die down over time. This cannot be forgiven or justified, because from this event her whole credibility is destroyed. No one should trust her because ambition is more important to OM than telling the truth. Only people that lie repeat over and over that they do not lie.

· To endorse or condone the recording after it was disclosed publicly would not be the reaction of someone that had nothing to do with it and is of good character.

· KM does not have a track record of participating in the controversial side of the Nomorecheezmeh blog, and does not egg on FM in his pursuits that she disagrees with. She has been critical of the more controversial side of his page and has expressed those opinions. She does not have to endorse his behavior or his supporters and has a right to have her own opinion. Her apology, whether OM recognizes it as an apology or not, is a moot point. She didn’t have to apologize, especially when she was expressing her opinion in a moment of anger that she thought could be kept private and in confidence with someone she trusted.

· KM’s opinion when expressed during a time of frustration may not be indicative of her genuine opinion and does not equate to FM having the same opinion of his supporters. KM can have an opinion that differs from her husband’s opinion. Most couples, after all, don’t agree on all aspects of their spouse’s behavior or don’t like and often dislike some of their spouse’s friends. FM has taken responsibility for his page and recognizes it has been hard for KM to accept and recognizes the drama that has been brought to their marriage by his own actions and affiliations running the page.

· To be a confidant of someone who trusts in you and to share some of the most private and personal details of a marriage with someone is a significant responsibility for the confidant. To disclose some of the most personal things that have happened between a couple that were shared in confidence is the lowest of the low, even if that confidence is misplaced. Everyone knows and sees that, and that is why this thing is not going away for OM. The public sees it and no longer follows her for her charisma or because she’s an interesting person. OM has make herself into a pariah.

· OM’s downfall is due to 3 primary things:

1. She is jealous of the size of Nomorecheezmeh’s following, which was developed over time, through hard work and savvy

2. She can’t stand the idea that someone would be making money while she has continued to run a page with a struggling following that is incapable of paying off for her

3. She can’t stand that someone would be making money off her, when she doesn’t understand the business of creating synergistic relationships where shared promotion benefits all parties and creates shared audiences that benefit everybody

· OM cares about:

1. Getting more followers

2. “Banking” – which is hard when YouTube will demonetize most if not all her videos

3. Getting “Likes”

4. Getting fewer “Dislikes”

5. Not getting suspended on Facebook which is basically handcuffed because she can’t do anything on it without getting herself reported for violating community standards

This is what I have observed and how I see the things that transpired in the last several weeks, as a former OM fan and follower.  – anonymous joe
