Wants to end compadrismo, but already has plans to help his sister.

Mr. Castro talks over and over about ending nepotism (compadrismo) and how he is tired of the backroom deals that have taken place and being the only candidate and so forth……  So why does he already have plans to put his rock star sister in office once he is elected as Mayor? Stop lying to the people, it may have worked before when everyone thought you were a gentle cat lover, but your true colors are starting to show.
