Like lambs to the slaughter

In the Bible, the book of Jeremiah 11:19 says “Before this I had been like a docile lamb ready to be led to the slaughter. I did not know they were making plans to kill me” What does this exactly mean? Well, lambs (sheep) are gentle creatures that are easily herded and do not know the dangers ahead as they go with along with the rest. The Cheez man knows sheep are herded easily and riles them up in numbers and they do whatever is told of them, they know not the pitfall that awaits them. We hope sooner rather than later, they realize what is happening and awaken before it is too late. If you know these innocent lambs, please rescue them.
