Spends all day on the Internet

Why does Mr. Castro spend all his day on the internet? Shouldn’t he be campaigning? Instead he spends his time sitting on his ass seeing what we are doing and stalking our followers.
He mentions at 3am “I should go to sleep but the internet needs me”  Shouldn’t a candidate running for mayor have better things to worry about than post useless nonsense?
