Get’s Citation, when asked about it, tries to avoid the question.

Previously we had mentioned that cheezman received a citation for illegal placed signs and a few days later when someone heard about it and asked him, he didn’t answer the question all the way through instead of adding confusion.  He always tries to avoid answering a question by saying in a particular way that doesn’t really give a clear answer.  Why couldn’t he just say “Yes Daisy, I got a citation but it was for an illegal placed sign a few days ago”  How hard is that? How many straight answers has cheezmeh really given to any amount of questions asked? Who knows.
