I don’t mind trying new promotional burgers, so when I kept seeing that Facebook sponsored ad by Burger King with their Halloween Whopper, I was very curious to try it.  I drove up to my nearest Burger King joint and felt like a boss “Let me have the Halloween Whopper, with everything, large fries and a coke”, I paid about $7.00 for the whole thing and went back home and served my food on a plate as I normally do.  I unwrapped the burger and bit down on it slowly to savor the meat and all the flavors, a mild taste of A-1 Steakhouse and the regular taste of what a traditional whopper is.  I don’t know if this burger merits the entirety of what I paid for it, I didn’t really find anything unique other than a hint of A-1 steak sauce.

Now since the burger has food coloring to make the buns black, you’ll have a special surprise when you go to restroom.  Several people reported that 1 or 2 days later after trying this burger, their shit came out green.  This happened to me also 2 days afterwards,  I had forgotten that I had ate the burger and when I was wiping I noticed the toilet paper green.  Typically when your stool is green it may indicate that it didn’t get digested properly and the bile (green juice from liver) didn’t get broken properly and causes someone to poop green.  Good thing that I remembered it came from the food dye on the buns and nothing else.

Overall, I think the burger deserves to get tried once, mostly for picture purposes so you can share on social networks and claim that you tried it.  Flavor wise? Well I’ll stick next time with the regular whopper.
