Caught on camera !!!

Just two weeks ago BISD school board member Erasmo Castro was caught drunk driving and sent to the slammer.  Since then Erasmo has been seen riding an electric scooter going around town causing a nuisance to walkers and bike riders.  A group of students took videos and posted it on their respective facebook timelines.  It is more than likely that Castro will not be able to drive any vehicles soon until his license is reinstated and since scooters do not count as vehicles, its better than being on foot.
