It’s been hitting social media by storm. Recently I shared a video on the #nomorecheezmeh facebook page of female bodybuilder Xochitl Zaldivar who made a video confronting a man who apparently was following her and also stalking her by hiding behind bushes and taking pictures of her to “show his friends” . “This is not the first time this has happened, my son was kidnapped recently and I’ve been very cautious since,” Xochitl told me her reason why she confronted the man. In the video the man following her happened to be in a company vehicle which belongs to Autrey Pharmacy on 802, it is highly suspicious why someone would go out of their way during work hours using a company car to take pictures of a woman jogging. As the video went viral the owners of the pharmacy were notified and reprimanded the man by terminating his employment. Did Autrey Pharmacy go to far by firing their employee? Well the only thing I can say is that if I hire someone and they are using the company vehicle to be doing something else than company business, than more than likely I would probably terminate them. Another thing that concerns me is that many people mentioned on the comments that Ms. Zaldivar has several pictures of herself on facebook and instagram being “half naked” and shouldn’t be offended when someone wants to take a picture, but then again why would someone not ask instead of hide behind bushes? Does it give them the right? Let’s say my wife has several pictures of herself on social media in bikini’s because she likes to go the beach and likes to take pictures of herself does that then give the right for someone to take pictures of her when she goes jogging simply because she has pictures? No right? Hell if that actually happened, knowing myself I probably do something that I probably may regret later but good thing it hasn’t came down to that yet 😀
Part 2
A day later after that happened, someone posted the following screenshot (see above picture) on one of the many Pulga pages which in turn also went viral and now many people are calling Xochitl a racist. The only thing we can see on the comment is her saying “Especially the rats don’t have papers and are servers lol, fill my drink bitch!” yet we can’t see specifically why that comment was made and why. While I don’t condone racism in any shape or form because my family are immigrants who came into the United States in search of a better life, I have to take a look at all information presented to make a reasonable opinion. What I see here is that someone deliberately omitted parts of the conversation that took place and only left what they wanted people to see. Xochitl made a statement shortly there after with the following message.
I was able to talk to Xochitl on the phone to find out specifically what happened to the point that she made that racist remark, “The person who was talking shit about me calling me a slut and homewrecker, a friend told me privately that the guy is an illegal so when my friend mentioned that he was deleting all the negative comments on his wall, I was just really pissed off and mentioned that to target him specifically, but anybody that knows me knows I’m 100% Mexican, my parents are from Mexico and I’m proud of that, maybe it wasn’t the best thing to say at the time and I apologize to anyone that I may have offended”, Xochitl gives her version of the story as to what actually happened. When I asked the person who took the original picture to share with me the whole conversation her answer was the following. Why can’t she just put the whole thing? Besides if anyone is really racist, I doubt that the last place they want to live in is in a city where 93% of the population is hispanic and the majority of businesses around town talk to you in Spanish.
Conclusion
At the end of the day, people are going to believe what they want to believe. People that know her personally will say she’s not racist while people that don’t know her will say that she is. We live in a modern society that base judgement off social media. I may have done the same during election time with “El Marrano de Monte” but I only provided facts and it is all documented. As to the man who was terminated from Autrey Pharmacy, hopefully he learned his lesson and can move on.
This girl has a foul mouth…she has no respect for other people, the way she conducts herself around her co workers is questionable. She should stop trying to pretend she’s all good and holy…Stop playing the victim…it doesn’t fit you.
I just saw this video yes he was driving around a company car, yes he also confessed to taking pictures. He apologized multiple times for taking said pictures and informed her of them being deleted. She continued to speak to him and throw in his wife and family. She cursed and was upset. As much as I know of this person it seems like she is well known and maybe a sort of semi celebrity with her competitions and sponsoring certain stores? I don’t understand how some harmless pictures were taken overboard and ended up costing someone their job and reputation. Yes this kind of video could come back to her in a negative way, people have rights too you can’t just record them and exploit them because you feel like it. As far as the comment she left it does not matter what you were reffering to,or what the context of the conversation was about, the words this women said would be offensive in any argument or conversation she was involved in. But knowing that she comes from my hometown, its likely she will be hailed as some hero and her comments will be swept under the rug.

its kind of how the saying goes he who has never sinned cast the first stone… A man made a mistake his embarrassment should have been enough but that extra step was taken that catapulted her/his name and actions into the spotlight and it backfired… For every action there is an equal or greater reaction….Live with your mistakes and learn from them.. If she too gets fired … I’m sure she’ll learn from her mistake as well…probably more so if she didn’t get fired…
The guy made a mistake and lost his job,maybe his family.i feel its only fair for this girl to get treated with the same medicine.the guy was disrispecting her,but here she is disrespecting a lot more people who do their best and try to make a living.i feel that if she had the time to type it she had more than enough time to think twice about it.it only showed her true colors.
Comments before or after make no difference from what her comment is, if you go to this girls Facebook page you’ll find that it’s not set to private, most her pictures are her very well maintained body, so you can assume this is someone that seeks attention, yet doesn’t know what to do with it when received. Now according to the man yes it can be creepy especially in the world we live today, but this was a man that once caught offered apologies, to delete pictures and honestly seemed very ashamed, if she really had a problem and felt harassed she should’ve called the cops, but NO she rather post the video on facebook and blast this man out of employment just for attention!! Servants are not maids they are humans providing you with a service that you can’t obviously do, and you should be grateful regardless of the Nationality of the person.
What this man did was wrong due to the fact that he didnt ask her for permission but you can see that he was remorseful for what he had done. He apologized and tried to explain but i do think that posting it on facebook was vindictive and malicious. It appears this individual posted the video for vengeance and not to teach him a Lesson. I think calling the police and his job was enough for him to learn his,lesson. Now if youre running with short shorts, half naked, or skin tight clothes it is very hard for a,man not to make comments, turn, or even take pics for that matter, especially if she has the body of a professional body builder. Even us, women we will turn to look at another women to admire or criticize. Whoever says no is lying. Yeah it might not give anyone the right to take pics or make comments but what do you expect?? if you dont want to be seen or admired stay home. as far her racist comment, that was low and uncalled for. The fact that she posted it on facebook its bcuz she didnt care who would see it and thought it was funny (lol). The thing is no matter what you do everything has consequences good or bad..and both parties are suffering their own consequences. So Sad it had to come to all of this.
Yes people are going to think what they want, just like they did with the man she blasted on fb!!! I truly believe what goes around comes around….when I saw the video of the man she posted, I couldn’t help but feel sorry, and hearing the way she curses, says a lot about a person! It seemed like she didn’t care at all about how she would not only affect this guys life by getting him fired, calling the police, blasting him on fb, did she think about how this would affect the children if he had any? The humiliation these innocent kids would go through? Probably not, but she did have time to think about video tapping and putting on fb…. I mean she could have just settled with calling police, getting him fired, but no that wasn’t enough!!! This guy is not the only person who’s done this, gotten caught yes!! Many go out there and take pictures of people’s butt crack and post to make fun of, take pictures of people riding their motorcycle, with dog in the back, is it right, no!! But people don’t ask permission they just do it,,,, this man probably thought wow this girl has huge muscles, can’t wait to show to buddies that work out, and don’t even have muscles close to hers… Who knows!!, he did say sorry, but it wasn’t enough for her….now she posted a racist remark in black and white, and nothing justifies the comments, just because someone is mad, pissed doesn’t mean you have to use racial remarks, and she wants to reiterate, sorry but so did the guy in the video, wrong is wrong, & no one deserves to be degraded/belittled!!! Ask God for forgiveness for what you’ve done, and pray he gives you a good, kind compassionate heart!!! Don’t try to hurt others and humiliate them!!!

It’s called Free some of press. Anybody can take pictures or video of anybody. You don’t have to ask. Paparazzi do it all the time and no one goes after them. She obviously wanted to be noticed. Looks like she didn’t like it. Stop advertising yourself if you don’t like it. Plain and simple.
I strongly believe in what goes around comes around! When I saw her video blasting this man and putting him on fb, I thought wow not only did he lose his job, call the police, he’s also going on fb blast, and she doesn’t even think of his kids if he has any and how they would be humiliated at school etc…. And they are innocent of all this….I hear her talking on video and to me she seems like a mean person plus her bad words, says a lot about her….many say wow your so courageous, I say it was stupid of her, cause what if he could’ve done something to her, if he really was bad…. She should have just called police, called Autreys, and taken guys picture….why video tape him? So she could put on fb wow, what a wonderful person!! Everyone knows people constantly put pictures of random people, some who are eating, and put on caption, only in Brownsville, and it’s picture of butt crack, or picture of someone driving motorcycle with dog, etc…. Many do it, is it right? No, but many still do it without their consent….this guy probably took picture to let his friends know, look at this chick big muscles and you, she looks better than you….. Who knows, but that doesn’t matter, cause even though he apologized he already lost his job, humiliated on social media, etc…. She had no feelings on how she would destroy this mans life….now she posts a racist comment, and she wants to say she didn’t mean it??? Sorry it’s in black and white, and just because she is mad doesn’t mean she has to degrade the Mexican race/illegals….the man saying I’m sorry, you didn’t care to hear, and neither do I care to hear from you!!! You know I’ve always said what goes around comes around! In my opinion what she did to that guy by blasting him on fb was wrong! She already reported to police, called his job got him fired, why put him on video on fb??? There are a lot of people who go out there and take pictures of others, and put for example on captions put “when u go to the mall and see this”, and it’s the butt crack of someone….. Many are guilty of putting pictures of others and making fun of them!! This man probably took a picture of xochitl thinking wow she has more muscle than my friends, who knows!! Was it right? No it wasn’t, but don’t act like no one does that! The way she talks on the video in my opinion says a lot about her, bad words used, they guy seemed genuinely sorry, yet she didn’t feel bad for him, she blasted him on social media, his boss and family!!! Now she wants to say that what she said on the racist comment she didn’t mean??? Well the guy said the same thing I’m sorry I’m sorry, and you didn’t care!!! You said it, racist words which even if your pissed you could have said something else instead of what u said!!! The man that she put on blast was not stalking her in the bushes. He was making a delivery to a senior citizen who lives in an apartment building. In front of the apartment building there are bushes which at the time that he decided to take a picture of Xochitl he was standing by. So this is when she noticed him and assumed he was “creeping” in the bushes. He was absolutely not following her, stalking her or creeping behind any bushes. I just wanted this point to be cleared, seen and understood. Contrary to public belief he is NOT a pedophile, pervert, stalker or anything of the sort. He was simply surprised by the way she looked and wanted to share with his friends. Yes he could have asked her but that was the only mistake he made. I am a female myself and can understand how she might have felt especially since this has happened to her before but i also believe she went overboard on the way she attacked him, assumed he was a pervert and stalker putting him on blast on the internet of all places.
So basically she wants to be given the opportunity to explain herself and clear her name. That’s hilarious, I believe the guy who she recorded, degraded, and slammed all over FB was simply asking her for the same courtesy. She didn’t think twice about blasting him on social media. She seems to have forgotten that KARMA doesn’t discriminate. I hope to God she learned her lesson. She can apologize and make all the excuses in the world about what what said before her comment and it will never make a difference because her ignorance is transparent!

Its just entertaining to see all the comments and replies.. So they took a video and or a pic of you jogging. Then you in return recorded him while you confronted him and blasted it on fb.. Honestly who gives a Big F about it.. Some people are just crying for 15 mins of fame in the media wether it be positive or negative. Your just some random body builder who was snapped by some man at least he was going to give you some type of marketing.. Which in a sense you now have gotten. As far as giving an apology online for your remarks.. LMAO youre not the first lady or the pope who was caught being racist .. Honestly the people could probably give a flying fuck of what she said. Sounds like a bunch of excuses now that she is on the spot. It makes no difference the comments or arguments before or after. Whether it was a sole comment of a follow up to other, it was rude, uncalled for and down right stupidly ignorant. She says her parents are Mexican, I don’t think any Mexican parents would ever approve their sons/daughters speaking in such matter of “illegals” and/or “servers” or any other people. If Anyone else would have made that comment it would have been just as bad and would deservingly go through the same hell that she is about to experience. Next time we here about this story it will probably be on the local news. So if you have a facebook page labaled public figures and entertainers then you should watch what you say/post/comment.
She can try (xochitl saldivar) and retract herself, but her comments just made her look just as bad as the guy she blasted. It goes to show, she is no better than anyone and if you are going to use social media the way she did against that guy, she should have been smarter than that to make the ignorant comments she did. Likewise Frank, Coria Fitness could choose to end their relationship with her. Would that be merited and a lesson learned? Aubrey Pharmacy played their own card…probably a company car use violation. I objectively think Coria Fitness should not be so punitive. This is just bad all around, but I am confident that Xochitl is resilent and will get past this situation.
Still doesn’t change the fact that she wrote something disrespectful about illegal immigrants. The comment is there and it says all we need to know about the way she thinks. The comments before and after don’t matter. Her words on that comment are there plain and simple.
Regardless of the other hidden identities and comments her comment was cherry picked due to the nature of it. It really does stand alone and an apology was merited, which she has done. For the video or pics taken, Texas does not consider it criminal. Your posting of this video and her blatantly deeming the man as a pervert can be construed as slanderous and defamatory and could be pursued civally. It should be removed.
