Zachary Blevins the lonewolf took a stand in district court today against Erasmo Castro to have him removed from public office. If you remember the lawsuit that was placed about a few weeks ago in the story titled An actual lawsuit has taken place to remove Erasmo Castro !!!!

Angela Nix, Erasmo Castro who represented Castro tried her best to have the case dismissed but failed to convince the judge and the case will proceed to the next step. Civil cases are lengthy and require lots of time and effort and it will be several months for the case to be decided, however Zach made good ground today by not having the case simply dismissed. The end for Castro is is in plain view and he knows this. The fight shall continue.
